Immunization Requirements

All students must have age-appropriate and current immunization records on file in the Olive Crest Academy school office, as required by law.

Vaccinations are required of children first entering public school, or when they enter the seventh grade. California Law Assembly Bill 354 requires students to be vaccinated against whooping cough. All incoming students are required to show proof of having received a Tdap immunization.

Proof of immunization MUST be submitted with your enrollment application. Students will not be able to attend school until proof of immunization is provided to OCA.
