Therapeutic Program

Olive Crest Academy offers a therapeutic program in which each student has a treatment team consisting of:

• Parent or guardian
• Teacher and assistant teacher
• Behavior specialist
• Therapist
• Any other DIS service provider

 

Therapeutic intervention by team members is an ongoing process that involves:

• Assessment of a child’s abilities
• Planning an appropriate curriculum
• Development and implementation of an individualized behavior plan
• Implementation of the plan
