Olive Crest Academy has partnered with Kimochis since 2012 and has woven their social emotional learning technique into the fabric of our entire program. These adorable plushies help children and parents quickly connect with the characters and feelings to improve student behavior and learning.
Olive Crest is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, treating and educating at-risk children, and preserving the family…One Life at a Time.® Based in Santa Ana, CA, Olive Crest serves children and families throughout California, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest. As a program of Olive Crest, Olive Crest Academy's mission is rooted in a commitment to the healing power of family that spans nearly 50 years.
The Pacific Marine Mammal Center rescues, rehabilitates, and releases marine mammals and inspires ocean stewardship through research, education, and collaboration. Through partnerships that help children who have difficult backgrounds and/or who are at risk of not finishing school, the PMMC provides an enriching and empowering experience that exposes children to the world of rescue/rehab work and STEM concepts. Students at Olive Crest Academy learn about marine mammals and the importance of environmental stewardship and service, but also that it is possible to obtain a successful and fulfilling career by staying in school. Observing the animals and hearing their success stories provides a sense of hope that adversity can be overcome.
Party City cares deeply about its communities and believes that no celebration is complete without a child's smile. Olive Crest Academy has partnered with Party City with the goal of putting smiles on our students’ faces during our Halloween Parade. Through their generous donations of candy, our students are able to fill their trick-or-treat pails with treats and happiness.
Rise Canyon Ranch is a California non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP), which utilizes the unique emotional connections of horses to engage children, teens and adults in healing, self-discovery and enrichment.
