Parent Education
If you’re a parent or a care-giver for a child, chances are you’ve had your fair share of challenging days. Our 6 and 7-week Parenting Education courses are here to help. Safe Families for Children
Parents experiencing a temporary crisis can arrange for their children (newborn through 18 years old) to stay with Safe Families for Children volunteers while they address the issues that led to the instability in their lives. Safe Families for Children volunteers are supervised by their area church, which in turn is supported by professional child care specialists. Children are matched with families in their own community whenever possible, and placements average from one day to three months. Click your area of residence to learn more:

Wraparound
Wraparound is a team strategy to “wrap” an at-risk family with support, coaching, and mentorship. Each member of the family can be assigned an age-appropriate “partner” whose primary purpose is to walk side-by-side with them in the midst of their crisis — and to equip them with tools and resources that will help them communicate and have healthy interactions, strengthen family bonds, and provide a connection to their own community.
